About Jackie

Jackie is serving with Glasgow Prophetic Centre as our

Intercession Coordinator

Jackie was born in Glasgow grew up in Peebles in the Borders, moved to Edinburgh to do an apprenticeship in Electrical and Electronic Engineering then graduated with a BA in Community Education and moved to Bannockburn, Stirling where she has lived for the last 15 years.

Jackie became a Christian in 1980 and had an immediate love of the word of God, she has been involved in various outreaches, including Poland with John Wimber, and has been involved with prayer ministry for a number of years. In 2007 she did about 18 days with Pray for Scotland as they travelled around Scotland, “connecting Scotland”. She has been involved with the prayer ministry team at CLAN gathering for many years and has been a section leader since 2008. She has been involved with Pray for Scotland and Parliamentary Prayers Scotland since 2007. She currently heads up her church’s prayer ministry team and the Stirling Deeper Healing Team, she has completed Theophostic ministry, basic and advanced Sozo.

She left full time employment in 2008 and spent 5 weeks then 7 months in Israel at a 24/7 International House of Prayer, when she first joined there were 22 people and 17 Nations and she was the only English speaking person!

She currently works part time for a Christian charity called Heart to Heart, where her role is to work with young people who have been affected by divorce or separation, the youth part is called H2H.

Jackie is passionate to see God’s Kingdom come here on Earth as He has ordained it in Heaven, and to see God’s people fully released and restored into all that He has for them. She believes that all of God’s significant moves have strong foundations in prayer, and is really looking forward to working with GPC to strengthen its prayer base.
