Malcolm and Alyson Sim are missionaries, serving full time with Glasgow Prophetic Centre as our
Heads of Childrens’ Ministry
Malcolm has a real passion to see children grow up and be released into their full potential in God, believing that there is no Junior Holy Spirit. He has a real pastoral heart for all those around him and longs to see everyone from the youngest to the oldest come into God’s fullness now. He was recently made redundant after a long career within the furniture business, but has long known the call of God on his life for full time ministry.
Alyson is a gifted administrator, passionate about teaching and training the people of God to come into a full knowledge of who they are and who their Father is. This desire culminated in obtaining a BA in Biblical Studies through Logos European College in 2009. She served for many years in various roles within Aglow International (Paisley and Clydebank chapters) and also served on the Assemblies of God Scottish Womens Team. She has studied and worked for many years as a Research Associate in Cancer Research in Glasgow, but has felt a call to full time ministry from an early age finally taking the step in 2011.
Malcolm and Alyson have been involved in Children’s Ministry for many years, seeing many children come to know Jesus personally. They have a deep sense of fun and started Puppets4life Ministry which has taught many teenagers and those “young at heart” to minister God’s love through the use of puppetry. Together they have a deep passion to see children growing in their love for Jesus and being bold and passionate in the things of the God. Recently, as part of Glasgow Prophetic Centre, they have undertaken a trial run of the School of the Supernatural for Children, watching as God empowered, challenged and changed youngsters’ lives!
They also serve as Steward Team Leaders for CLAN (Christians Linked Across The Nation) as well as serving as Street Pastors with Paisley.
They are both undertaking training for Deeper Healing with Healing Rooms Scotland.
